 Sales Order
This module provides maximum flexibility in your business processes by allowing price inventory items based on customer class, location, discounts and more. In additions, each line item can have its own ship-to address, salesperson, tax rate, ship date, ship-from location and drop ship. By adding the Sage MAS 500 Multicurrency module, the Sales Order module can also accommodate multiple currencies, allowing you easy access to global markets. Sales Order handles multiple product return policies, including optional return material authorizations, or RMAs.
       
 Purchase Order
Purchase Order manages the requisition, order, and physical receipt of materials. It gives you the ability to track received goods by matching the delivery receipt with the invoice and the original purchase order. You're assured of tighter tracking, and more accurate inventory control within your warehouse.
       
 Inventory Management
The warehouse-centric design of Inventory Management lets you track costs and sales histories by warehouse, and use multiple bins in the same warehouse for a single inventory item. With this feature, you'll be able to quickly locate the items your customers are requesting. It also allows you to continue taking orders during inventory cycle counting, ensuring that your business continues to operate at peak efficiency - saving your company valuable time and money.
       
 Inventory Replenishment
Significantly improve your ability to meet demand and reduce inventory-carrying costs with the Inventory Replenishment module. Advanced forecasting models incorporate seasonal cycles, sales history and lead times to determine the appropriate inventory levels. Administrative costs are slashed as the system generates recommended purchase orders, then creates them automatically once reviewed.  This sophisticated system maximizes return on your investment by accelerating inventory turnaround, while still keeping an adequate stocking level of the products your customers demand.
       
 Warehouse Management
Sage MAS 500 ERP provides industry-leading inventory and warehouse management capabilities for wholesale distributors, manufacturers and other companies who buy, stock, sell or manufacture products. The Warehouse Management module is an extension of the Inventory Management and Inventory Replenishment modules providing advanced features, including bin tracking, three-step inventory transfers and both wave and zone picking.
       
 Return Merchandise Authorization

As today's customers demand a more specialized level of service, tracking and resolving these returns can be an increasing challenge. The Sage MAS 500 ERP Sales Order module includes advanced tools to manage customer returns. It also includes a formalized Return Merchandise Authorization process to help companies implement return and replacement policies with ease.
     
 eOrder
Sage MAS 500's front office web applications provide your customer access to their accounts from the office, at home, or even on the road. Our eOrder module empowers customers to maintain their accounts, review order and shipment information, check on their billing status, or review support issues online, 24 hours a day. Customers and Sales personnel can also place orders though an  order entry interface that maximizes their online experience.
     
 Product Configurator
The Product Configurator module was designed for use in either distribution or manufacturing environments. The rules-based Product Configurator configures sales orders and routings/bills of material for a finished part based on a variety of features or functions. Customer service personnel benefit from an easy-to-use interface for quick feature/option selection of configured parts, and integration with Sales Order entry. New items can be created on the fly using customized item masks, new long and short item descriptions, and other options. The Product Configurator also builds the item cost and suggested price. The advanced Product Configurator is easy to setup and maintain. Popular configurations are saved and reused as standard parts.
     
 Advanced Kitting
Advanced Kitting is the perfect product to help you manage production and kit assembly without complicated labor transactions or material issues. The streamlined kitting system integrates with other optional Sage MAS 500 modules and allows distributors, assemble-to-order industries, and other light manufacturers to concentrate on other critical business issues without getting tied up in complex assembly processes.
